Neopets, I'm proud to say.....You suck.

Well, I wont deny anything, I myself played Neo for a few years. In the beginning, it was fun, I played the games, I had my enjoyment. Then I found out about the Neoboards (Chatrooms), and I slowly began to figure out how dumb TNT (The Neopets Team) and their site is.
So I go on the boards and learn about painted pets. They looked cooler than normal pets. I decided that I wanted one, two, three, maybe one hundred. I spent hour after hour slaving away at my computer. I spent month after month completely killing my time I could be using to get outside, or do something useful. But no, my health, time, and vision were NOTHING compared to these awesome pets! After a while, I got two. Then as I got better at the game, I decided I could get more. So I spent more hours at my computer and got a lab map. I was so proud that I "earned" it. Then I realized, why? Why would I spend hours at a computer to get fake pixels? Just why?
Slowly, I learned about how Neo is just SO determined to keep a good image, while they would have the worst image if the truth about them went out. So you go on a side account. Look up a pet lookup and get the avatar by accident. FROZEN. You say ONE LITTLE TINY insult. FROZEN. You talk ONE thing bad about TNT. FROZEN. You ask for one little thing. FROZEN. Well you can't be breaking any rules, now can you? "But it was an accident!!" TOO BAD!!! You're frozen. And the only reason that they have the get your account back place is to give them a good image. I have NEVER heard anyone EVER say they have been unfrozen. So back to the frozen parts, you e-mail TNT asking nicely and politely for them to give your account back saying you never did anything wrong. So they send you an autoreply telling you to fill out a form. Then you fill it out, and you get more autoreplies telling you fill out the form again, and again. Over and over until you've been filling out the same form 50 times a day for months. TNT hopes that you will get tired of it and just leave them alone. Psht. Hell no. You get mad and you use one exclamation point. BAM! You're IP banned. TNT doesn't want you coming back on and telling about this terrible service.
So I had a lot of rare stuff and I was good, and I was treated nicely a'cause (Because. xD) of that. I wondered if the people without anything good were treated that way. I made a new account and didn't tell anybody it was me. I was talking on the boards and everyone ignored me and sent me nasty stuff when I said certain things. If I said those on meeper_raza, I'd just get laughs and compliments that I'm so funny. It wasn't right. So I decided to start rebelling a little. I created a spam account for the HC where most people were so determined to keep every single off topic board away. So I spammed so long on one account. For some months I spammed and spammed. Clearly against the rules. Never got frozen. Then I made a spam board saying something bad about TNT. Then, literally, in 25 seconds, I was frozen. So after all that spam, I get frozen for insulting TNT. That really shows how TNT freezes all rule breakers no matter what they do.
Ahh...Ad0. I actually admired him for setting TNT straight. Once I thought they were in their place, "Oh, well the lab ray misfired and reset all your stats. Don't worry featheralley, we'll put them back. Screw everyone else. You're important" Yeah right. Most people there didn't even have the ray. And anyway, how can something made from pixels misfire? This was a very crappy excuse from TNT. I hated it. So
favoritism, I also hated that. I'm not gonna explain favoritism. Just say one name and you should be informed about Neo favoritsm. Featheralley. Enough said. After all that, I was gonna take a break from Neo. Then I found this site. I knew I was quitting after that. So I gave all my stuff to my sister, and pounded my pets. I actually had hesitations about leaving when I was pounding my pets. Then I saw the people saying "OMOMGOGMOGMG PLZ LEMEY HAV UR PETTT PLZPLZPZLPZ I GOT HACKED NOW I HAVE NOTHING SO I DESERVE IT GIMME GIMME PLAPZLPZ". I knew right from that I was quitting no matter what. Saddest part is that these were the people who admired me months ago. They "cared about me" and "didn't let anything happen to me" Here they were. Begging for my stuff, looking like fools. I didn't even get a goodbye from them. Just "GIMME UR STUF PLZ". I only got ONE goodbye there. I was so known and only got one goodbye. Everyone else was "too good to be bothered with me" or they were too busy begging for my stuff. So I quit. I self froze all my accounts so I made sure that I wouldn't come back.
So in conclusion, after this article, I can sum it all up. Here it is.
SCREW. YOU. NEOPETS.
If you read this and still play Neo, I strongly urge you to quit and never recommend Neo to anyone.
