CAFETERIA STORY

AS TOLD BY JUSTIN LOY

At Kalani, we had a problem with in the cafeteria.  The principal got upset because too many students were just leaving their trays on the table rather than throwing them in the trash cans.  They made up some policy that if a table had trash on it at the end of lunch, that table would be folded up not be used again.

This went on for a while, a bunch of tables were left unfolded, and some students just sat on the floor with their lunches.  Other students began to sneak out of the cafeteria and eat their lunch on campus.  Since these students eating all over campus, they left their trash everywhere.  Now, instead of all the trash being centralized in the cafeteria, there was trash ALL over campus.  At this point, I guess the principal at this point gave up, realized we couldn't be rehabilitated, and let us have our tables back.
